I offer online telehealth therapy for individuals, as well as have limited spots for supervision and consultation within Washington State. I want the relationship between you and I to feel collaborative, reflective, and obviously, relational! Please reach out for a free 30 minute consultation.

Individual Support

​I am passionate about understanding people from an intersectional approach and how it shapes are experiences, relationships, and of course mental health. I offer support for the following experiences/identities:

  • Trauma/CPTSD/EMDR

Supervision and Consultation

I offer limited spots for supervision and consultation. Whether you are looking for a person to hold space and curiosity for your own experiences in the therapeutic connection, are curious in exploring/understanding more about intersectionality of identities, needing support related to becoming licensed, or wanting to discuss your supervision style/approach, I am here to help name and grow your intuition and the humanness you hold that brings natural healing and liberation. Often we are told there is a "right" way to do therapy; I am here to support you in learning your own identities as a therapist/supporter, and harnessing who you are and how you want to do therapy.
Rates for Individual Therapy/Supervision/Consultation
55 minutes: $165
85 minutes: $250
Insurance/Sliding Scale

 I am not in-network with insurance companies at this time; please check with your insurance company around your specific out of network benefits. I am happy to provide you a superbill for you to submit to your specific insurance company for reimbursement.

I offer limited sliding scale spots for individuals who are struggling to find accessible mental health care and supervisory/consultation support. Individuals paying for the full support fee allows me space to offer care to those who have historically been oppressed by the healthcare system. My sliding scale spots are prioritized for QTBIPOC folx.
